Our Porter was brewed to encompass the flavors of the famous Turtle Candy Latte...combining chocolate, caramel and pecan with the perfect roasty character. The inspiration for naming this brew came after swimming with the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles in Maui, the HONU.

One sip of this Juicy IPA will get you "screaming" for another...hopefully not as terrifyingly as a gecko that loses its tail! Ask Carter the Cat. NO crickets harmed in the making of this Screaming Gecko, but we did have to sacrifice A LOT of Mosaic and El Dorado hops!!!

This Blonde Beast drinks full but appears light accomplished by using pale malts and heavy doses of flaked grains. Cold-steeped Snickerdoodle coffee bean from the MILL in Lincoln give this ale it's rich aroma and roasty flavor. We also soaked this batch (Winter, 2022) over Mexican vanilla beans.

"Stop it, Rocco!!!" yelled my daughter to my son. A common phrase in 2019 (and beyond) still ringing in my ears! A plethora of ingredients in this sweet, tart, refreshingly aromatic and Summery brew...make it a challenge to brew; about as challenging as raising kids! Gobs of late-addition Jarrylo and El Dorado hops were infused into this Sour IPA as well as..lactose, oats, lactobacilli, cussing and the list goes on and on...

Our friend Bobbi led us to the "Chai" and it really adds an exciting dimension to this Ale! Cinnamon, clove, anise, ginger with hints of vanilla and black tea complement several malts in this easy-drinking Brown.

Our daughter, Lyla, insisted that a beer named after her be PINK with more PINK! Steeped Hibiscus calyx adds a bright, pink hue and a subtle berry flavor!

This brew is crisp and bright, a refreshing take on the Classic Kölsch. The Gold Pineapple adds great aroma and sweetness while a locally grown Crystal hop adds a slight peppery and floral bitterness. Stay Golden my friends!

This EASY to drink, clean, hazy, fruity and slightly hoppy American Pale Ale is named after our Hawaiian theme song, "Easier." "We're always waiting for the right thing to come, but never really know...that's why it's so much easier when you don't try!!"

Many a roof was fashioned in this small town by Katy's dad while sporting his iconic, 1970's cut off denim shorts...described by many as crisp, bright and tasteful...much like this easy drinking ale! This brew combines elements of a traditional Czech premium lager and an American pale ale.

The name of this Kölsch was influenced by one of my favorite bands, Foreigner! This may "feel like the first time" you've drank a beer with both steeped Lime Peel and fresh Lime Juice. Best served with a squeeze of a fresh lime wedge. Originally this ale was brewed to make a delicious "Bloody Mary Beer" for a Murder Mystery Show at Rich Harvest Winery in Syracuse, NE!

This seasonal stout balances creaminess and roastiness with marshmallow to appease your sweet tooth. You'll note the dark chocolaty aroma on the nose and chocolaty flavor through the finish. Several additions of cacao nibs throughout the brewing process helps balance bitterness and sweetness. Cheers!

A traditional Scottish Ale, boasting a malty flavor of bread crusts with caramel overtones and a slight roast finish. The English yeast adds subtle fruitiness that is balanced by the floral/spiciness of the East Kent Goldings hops.
